Meet the team

Led by Dr Kirsten Morrow, our small but experienced team share the same values of professionalism, empathy, and respect that have earned the trust of women across the Sunshine Coast.

Helen Bechly

Midwife, Nurse and Women's Health Advocate

Helen is a dedicated and compassionate midwife with over 42 years of experience in nursing and midwifery. A proud mother of two grown sons, aged 28 and 25, Helen is also a strong advocate for self-care and wellbeing. She finds balance in life through long walks in nature and as a keen gym enthusiast, believing that caring for yourself is the foundation of caring for others.

Helen brings a deeply empathetic, holistic approach to her midwifery practice. Her calm, kind, and professional manner creates a safe and supportive space where women feel empowered to trust their bodies and birth their babies with confidence. Helen is passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge – believing that information is power – and supporting women through every stage of their pregnancy journey.

Her long standing partnership with Dr Kirsten, spanning over 16 years, reflects their shared values and commitment to providing comprehensive care through pregnancy and women’s gynaecological health. Together, they continue to guide and support women with respect, integrity, and a true connection to holistic, woman-centered care.
